🚨 Where are the license plate readers?
Metro Police activated license plate readers across Davidson County, and the East Nashville area appears to have at least three stationary cameras.
Here’s a map of the locations released by Metro Police.
There could be more readers in East Nashville. Some will be in police cruisers. Others will be movable.
They’re part of a six-month pilot program before the Metro Council decides whether to make the cameras permanent.

🏠 Rent prices increase
After months of decreases, rent prices in the Nashville area increased 0.3% from January to February, according to apartmentlist.com.
Zillow’s rent index — “a smoothed measure of the typical observed market rate rent” — for the 37206 zip code shows prices in East Nashville dropped only $82 between August and January.
The apartmentlist.com researchers predict prices will rise for the next few months but not at the unusual pace set last year.
