Stratford STEM Magnet School led Davidson County in arrests at schools, according to Metro Police data. Click here and go to page 133 to read more.

Police reported 10 arrests at Stratford in the past 12 weeks. Most of the 11 resulting charges were for disorderly conduct. Others include aggravated burglary and making a false report.

Maplewood High School had six arrests.

🍴 East Nashville “historic home/office” to be transformed into bar and restaurant

Metro just approved a building permit to convert a “home/office” near McGavock Pike and Riverside Drive into a bar and restaurant.

The plans don’t indicate the restaurant concept, but the property is owned by Mitchell Delicatessen, which has a location a few blocks away.

Another permit just approved would turn a building at 921 Cherokee Avenue into an “event space, food market, and support space.”

• The Titans are switching to turf next season after an increase of injuries.
